Located within Portsmouth International Port with direct access to the national motorway network, we’re the first choice for customers looking for an efficient and cost-effective cargo handling and stevedore service.

With two multi-functional conventional quays and cranes capable of carrying out tandem lifts of up to 250 tonnes, if it arrives by sea and needs lifting and shifting, we’ll take care of it at our deep water cargo terminal. We’ve dealt with all sorts of project cargo, dry bulk and break bulk loads so can rise to any challenge.

We also specialise in fresh produce, handling pineapples, sweet potatoes, citrus to tomatoes, and most famously, bananas.

Dry bulk

If you are looking for a flexible, centrally located terminal to handle your dry bulk cargo, Portico can handle the challenge.

We’re ideally positioned at the heart of England’s south coast to handle your containers from ship to shore and beyond.

Break bulk

We’re a break bulk cargo terminal with a wide range of experience, including cable reels, yachts and much more.

Fresh produce

Fresh produce is one of our specialisms, handling pineapples, sweet potatoes, citrus to tomatoes, not to mention the majority of bananas eaten in the UK.

Project cargo

We can ensure professional terminal handling, storage and transportation of small, medium and large project cargo at our modern facility.
