eTerminal information

Portico’s eTerminal service provides transparency to shipping lines and hauliers using the port facilities as well as assisting with vehicle turnaround times and congestion.

Portico will be introducing a Traffic Appointment System mid-2022 to hauliers collecting containers from the port. Hauliers will need to be registered for a TAS account and once registered will be required to create appointments for deliveries and collections.

Drivers will be required to register for a port ID card, which is required to operate the self service kiosks.

If you are interested in registering for the upcoming soft-start pilot scheme please complete the eTerminal TAS Account Request Form and a Portico representative will be in touch.

Please note the pilot scheme is currently limited to container collections but will expand to cargo collections later in 2022.
